Ever wonder if you should be using a weight belt during your workouts?

My awesome “Hot at Home” customer Roger is wondering if these types of fitness tools have any benefit or not.
I say “NOT !” … and here’s why:
Unless you’re a powerlifter going for a one-rep max it’s more likely that these types of tools are doing you a disservice and preventing you from doing the kind of work that’s intended in your workouts, rather than helping you get a better workout. Skip them.
